We have 2.5 hours of video content. There are many opportunities to pause and record your answers in a workbook (digital version included with your purchase!) We would suggest blocking 3+ hours to complete this course. However, you are welcome to complete this course at a pace that works for you! We have built the course in a way that allows for pausing and restarting when needed.
