Show Notes

We cover many topics in this episode, including:
- Be present and enjoy where you are now, without always wishing for the next place you could be
- Life is a difficult balance between being happy with where you are in the present, and planning where you want to be in the future while reaping the benefits of having a goal to move towards
- If you’re striving to be a more patient person, realize that life is offering you opportunities to practice patience regularly. Same with learning to accept yourself - take the obstacles presented as an opportunity to practice self-acceptance
- Acceptance is part of resiliency
- Even as our pets get older and lose the joy and energy they had in their youth, we love them at all the different stages in their development

Whenever someone accomplishes a wish or dream, I love that it gives evidence to all of us that it’s possible. – Robyne
