Show Notes

We cover many topics in this episode, including:
- Sometimes we go through seasons of where we feel most familiar and comfortable being - where we consider home
- It’s always good to remind yourself what place or state you feel the most ‘effective’ - what makes you feel the most effective - because it changes over time
- Our priorities often change over the course of our lives, and embracing this by adopting new values and responsibilities can be exciting, and better align you with the person you want to be
- There are 8 realms of health, and many of us put a lot of our energy into one specific realm, neglecting the others
- Try not to leave errands for a time when you’ll be coming back fresh, whether they be organizational tasks or conversations that need to be had, because they with diminish your refreshed energy
- “Worry well, worry once” - deal with the worry, and don’t let it live in your head for the rest of your day
- Negative thoughts can loop in your head endlessly - try journalling to get some of those thoughts out of your head and on paper where they lose their power over you - “make the invisible visible”

We’re all these beautiful works in progress. – Robyne
