Show Notes
We cover many topics in this episode, including:
- We repeat what we don’t repair
- Ask yourself, “What are you tolerating?” “What are you allowing to infringe on your happiness or success?” - we often tolerate things because it seems easier now, but it makes things worse in the long term
- The tolerance of highly motivated people is very high - not so much for people who feel they’re already earned their success
- Attempting to give ‘110%’ means you’re automatically running at a deficit, and will likely either burn out, or not be fully present for the things you’re engaging in
- Try to be content with what you’re doing, and maintain connection with your enjoyment as you shift through different tasks during the day - don’t just think of everything you do during the day as transactional
- When completing a “To do’, say ‘Ta da!’ - oddly gratifying
