Show Notes
We cover many topics in this episode, including:
- Teenagers are doing the best they can - they need patience, consistent reassurance, and love to open up, and once they are given that, you will begin to see a shift in them
- The people who need the most love ask for it in all the wrong ways
- When we are in alignment with our values, things that should exhaust us can instead replenish us
- Sometimes when our lives have been going steady on a specific project, it’s hard a reacclimate to our regular schedule when the project is finished
- It’s important to have people in our world that we can relax and exhale around - both in our daily lives and in our professional lives as well
Our traumas, our challenges, our wounds, as we fork through them, become our superpowers and the source of our greatest empathy. – Peter
