Show Notes

We cover many topics in this episode, including:
- Today is a special day because we are all here - that makes today a really good day to be a special day
- When we are around the right people, they naturally allow us to put down our armour and be seen as who we are
- There are no safe spaces - there are safe people - when we are around those people, any space can be safe
- When achieving your goals, try not to chase finish lines and say ‘What’s next?’ - learn to enjoy the process and take the time to celebrate your successes
- Steer away from scheduling yourself so rigidly that you have no time for play

When we are around the right people, they naturally allow us to put down the armour. They naturally allow us to be seen as who we are. – Robyne
