Show Notes

We cover many topics in this episode, including:
- During a back-to-back busy day, make it a habit to fit in some deep breathing and ‘air squats’ in between meetings to keep your energy up
- When siblings have a good connection with each other, that's something for their parents to be proud of
- Peter discusses his song “Brother” that he plays live regularly, and how people often discuss with him their relationship or lack of relationship with their siblings, making him appreciate the connection he has with his own siblings even more
- There’s always a sense of renewal at the beginning of new seasons, particularly when we are coming out of winter
- Peter tells the story of how he proposed to his fiancée Taes this week - congrats Peter & Taes! (& Lily!)  :-)
- The goal of being prepared for a presentation is to allow you to do what you are actually required to do, which is to be present
- Preparation gives you freedom in the moment

Discipline equals freedom. The more disciplined I am with my self-care, the more disciplined I am with my recovery, the more disciplined I am with my sleep schedule, the more freedom that I have. – Robyne
