Show Notes

We cover many topics in this episode, including:
- Often we think about all the barriers that keep us from doing the things we want in life without considering just figuring out how to make it happen
- To make your busy schedule seem less intimidating, break the days into little ‘clusters’ of focus
- Be careful not to wear your overachieving like a badge of honour while neglecting self-care
- It can be helpful to use wearable devices that monitor and relay relevant health information to you that perhaps you wouldn’t have put any importance on otherwise
- Sometimes your body is the best judge of what you need - listen to your body
- Change takes time and can’t be rushed - just trust the process
- If you’re going to indulge in something you’d like to cut back on, you can try setting a standard to only partake in the best version of that thing

I just think it’s so beautiful what opportunities present themselves when we go at it with that open mindset of “Why not me?” – Robyne
