Show Notes

We cover many topics in this episode, including:
- You can have good intentions, but when things don’t go as planned it’s always best to laugh and embrace the chaos
- “When you don’t know what to do, do nothing” - Oprah
- Don’t let the momentum of a bad section of your day carry over into other sections of your day - let that moment pass, and allow yourself to start fresh
- Don’t underestimate the power of doing a good deed for someone - it can change the trajectory of that person’s day
- Be the one with energy - take initiative, make the first move, make the effort to say hello to people you don’t know
- Make an effort to find things you have in common with others rather than only what makes you different
- The most powerful thing you can do for another human being is to see them

It’s sometimes these little things that can set in motion such a ripple effect. – Peter
