Peter and Robyne discuss strategies for navigating moments of crisis. How can we train ourselves to move beyond shock and focus our emotions so that we can properly assess and positively affect our circumstances? Plus, a “ghost story” from a prairie hotel.

- At some point in a crisis you have to just let go of unnecessary emotion, accept the situation, and move on - pause, notice, choose
- Robyne explains how to manage crisis situations gracefully - you need to train yourself to not allow emotion to remain after that initial shock - remind yourself that this is the time to assess and take control of the situation
- Peter suggests he uses meditation, connecting with breath, and relying on the repetition of lived experience
