- They discuss Peter playing his first live show in a long time, and remembering the joy of connecting with those people
- It’s important to have friends you can share your ‘wins’ with, who won’t judge you and think that you’re bragging, and will just celebrate your accomplishments with you
- The greatest gift you can give another human being is to let them know they are seen and heard
- They discuss navigating jealousy, and how it’s easy to be happy for someone’s successes when they don’t occupy the same successful place you want to be in - those people also prove to you that that goal is possible
- When you have a big feeling (jealousy, anger, etc.) that you’re not proud of, rather than judge it, sit beside it and be loving with yourself, treating it like you’re helping a friend figure it out
- It’s human nature to want the thing, get the thing, and then want the next thing, and on and on - as one dream is realized, the following dream then becomes possible
