Show Notes
We cover many topics in this episode, including:
- When your self-care routines aren’t working as well as they normally do, try staying the course and trust that they will eventually start working again, rather than reinventing the wheel every time there is a delay in their effectiveness
- Sometimes you need to follow your own advice when it comes to doing things that are good for you - it’s easier to give well-intended advice than to apply it to your own life
- Showing kindness and grace at a moment that it’s so needed in someone else’s life is transformative - even the smallest act of kindness can mean so much to someone in the right moment
- It’s beautiful to have a symbiotic relationship with someone in your life who can support you when you’re at the bottom of your capacity, with you returning the favour when they are the one in need, and you have the capacity
I think part of the beauty of being a human is our capacity to take care of each other. – Peter
